Laser Dentistry

Laser Dentistry offers you the opportunity to have a safe, anxiety free dental experience, without drills and scalpels, and in most cases, without anesthesia. The laser acts as a cutting instrument or a vaporizer of tissue that it comes in contact with in surgical and dental procedures. .

Laser Dentistry uses laser energy and a gentle spray of water to perform a wide range of dental procedures – without the heat, vibration and pressure associated with the dental drill. The laser beam sterilizes the affected area and seals off blood vessels, which minimizes the chance of infection or bleeding. Patients are also much more comfortable during and after treatment with laser therapy

Computer Guided Implant Surgery

We use state-of-the-art technology including Computer Guided Implant Surgery to ensure the optimum results in patient care.

In the past radiographic images used to place implants were two dimensional providing a reasonable estimate of bone height. Often bone width was not determined until the bone was exposed during surgery sometimes resulting in compromised placement of the implant.

Computer Guided Implant Surgery gives very detailed 3-D visualizations and coupled with the appropriate software allows us to place implants with a level of precision that was unattainable several years ago. In addition, the surgical procedures can often be accomplished in a much more conservative procedure which involves greatly reduced discomfort, less treatment time and a more accurate final outcome.

Computer Guided Implant placement is the safest and most precise way to place dental implants.

DIAGNOdent

DIAGNOdent is an advanced laser technology that helps us find tooth decay more accurately and reliably in its earliest stages, before it causes more widespread damage. We use it along with visual examination, dental explorers, and x-rays. DIAGNOdent helps us locate decay that’s hidden inside the tooth where visual examination, explorers, and x-rays can’t find it. The DIAGNOdent hand piece scans your teeth with harmless pulses of laser light. When the laser reaches decay under the surface of the tooth, the decay emits a fluorescent light. This fluorescent light bounces back to the sensor, and is translated into an audible signal and a digital readout. In general, the higher the number, the greater the amount of decay in the tooth.

Low Dose Digital X-Rays

Dental x-rays (Radiographs) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Digital Radiography is a type of X-ray imaging that uses digital X-ray sensors to replace traditional photographic X-ray film, producing enhanced computer images of teeth, gums, and other oral structures and conditions. This allows the doctors to get a much better view of your teeth and any potential dental conditions. The digital imaging software obtains a number of different views of your teeth to gain the best understanding of your situation and develop the most appropriate course of management.

Digital sensors are more responsive than film so that much less radiation is required to produce a digital image.

The current emerging standard of care in dentistry and dental implantology is the use of three dimensional x-ray studies. The 3-D images allow the doctor to collect the needed and highly valuable diagnostic information to best plan and deliver dental and surgical care.

Cone Beam imaging delivers quicker and easier image acquisition a typical scan takes only 20 seconds.

They helped me to be calm during the whole procedure, and I didn't see that I was done till Dr. Hill said take a look at your tooth. She is the best dental specialist ever. She is extremely cautious. After the tooth removal, she messaged me to check on my tooth. Omg, I never have had such a great experience like this. Starting now and into the foreseeable future she will be my dental specialist. They easily accepted my PPO insurance as well. I personally hate parking myself, so I would recommend using 12$ all day valet parking. Is it unusual to state that I like my dental doctor? Since I do. I moved to Brentwood I'm so happy that I can continue going to Dr. Hill. The service in Smile Boutique Beverly Hills is perfect while workers (especially Angela at the front desk and Olga, who did financing) are welcoming. Dr. Hill is my dentist and I genuinely love her. She recalls specific facts about me and we usually have warm conversations during the visit! Went to Smile Boutique on La Cienega in Beverly Hills and had the same dental services done for 1/3 the price as was quoted by others. The staff were nicer and the dentists were absolutely the best I've ever met. Gave me my smile back without trying to scare me, upsell me or any drama. In light of the fact that I moved recently, I had to find another dentist and needed to find some place not so far from my work. So here wat happen I was ok the whole time pried to my appointment (I must admit I was a lil excited), wen I got in the rooms and seen everything l got nervous, but after they hooked me up (put me to sleep) I was good. I was done sooner then expected. Went in at 9:30 a.m. was done at 10:30. Wen I got home and rinsed my mouth out it was a lot of blood. I would recommend more mouth Gauls and another ice pack. But over all I’m good sleepy, and a lil pain to let me kno I just go my tooth pulled.

Best dental office in town!!! It's one of The cleanest offices I've ever been in. The staff and the doctors are so friendly and so understanding.
